      Pay is good and fair, environment is typical factory work.

      Cons

      Management team is absolute trash. Treat people unfairly, huge favoritism. They ask you to lie to customers face on a daily basis. Very crooked and unethical.

      Great management, overtime usually available, diverse workforce, EXCELLENT benefits, Company cares about you!

      Production can fluctuate sometimes, last minute notice of ot or ot cancellation.
