Pros
1. There is a work - life Balance. No one ideally disturbs you after office hours, or if you are on leave, unless very urgent. 2. Good Place to learn for Freshers. 3. Easily access able management. 4. HR Refreshment & Team bonding activities at regular intervals (Game, Quiz, Food, etc.) 5. Satisfactory annual increment, ideally based on KPIs and Targets.
Cons
1. Work flow is not quite streamlined. 2. Coordination among CFTs is a bit difficult, as everyone tries working their own way. 3. Alternate Saturdays working (Ideally, considering corporate hours; 9 to 6, it should be 5 days working). 4. Slightly lower payscale (for freshers) 5. Work commitment agreement of 2-3 years, while signing offer letter.
