I have been with uniquecare group around 1 year now, they have been a very supportive employer. The managers are very approachable and will help you to the best they can with anything you need in work and out of work. My colleagues are great everyone supports each other and help one another with shifts or any paperwork. A great team. There is plenty of opportunity to progress in company and the managers are amazing with helping you achieve this. I have a worked for other care companies but uniquecare group are really there for the young people and go beyond to support and help them with all their needs and give them the best opportunities they can. I have never looked back on joining the company and really enjoy and love my job.

Exceptional range of training for all staff to complete online as well as up to date training courses professionally delivered throughout the organisation, keeping all staff up to date with any regulations, policies and procedures to ensure the high standard of care that Unique Care provides. Moving to Unique Care was a career change that I have no regrets having made.
