A Unique Care Provider. - Support Worker Unique Care Group Employee Review

I have been with uniquecare group around 1 year now, they have been a very supportive employer. The managers are very approachable and will help you to the best they can with anything you need in work and out of work. My colleagues are great everyone supports each other and help one another with shifts or any paperwork. A great team. There is plenty of opportunity to progress in company and the managers are amazing with helping you achieve this. I have a worked for other care companies but uniquecare group are really there for the young people and go beyond to support and help them with all their needs and give them the best opportunities they can. I have never looked back on joining the company and really enjoy and love my job.

Days can be long for some people.

Since working for the organisation, I have worked hard and achieved two promotions in just over three years. The management team/senior management are approachable, fair, supportive and recognise hard work and this is a great organisation to reach your goals and to earn a good, stimulating and rewarding career. All staff will be placed onto a qualification once passed probation to be able to learn and grow. Staff at UCG are committed to one another and to the wonderful young people that we care for and enjoy coming to work every week. I can honestly say that this is the nicest atmosphere I have worked in since entering the care sector nine years ago, I would recommend working for this organisation.
