Great Company - Director of Support Operations Unique Integrated Care Employee Review

Unique Family Services is a very small company with limited opportunities for growth.

Being that I HAVE to place something in this field to move fwd, the only pro from this agency was their flexibility, which was minimum!

I worked for this agency for a week and quit! I was initially hired on as a FT Parent Aide (PA). Little to know, I would be only given 20 hours a week to work, no designated shift schedule, and come to find out, this agency has no morals for their clients or even their own organization. You are given a 4 hour "orientation" on documentation and that's it. They don't give you a run down on the agency and their values. Then they expect for you to begin picking up cases ASAP because of their short staffing. Management is completely unprofessional, neither of them know how to properly communicate with new employees. I witnessed one of the directors argue and call a new employee a liar because the agency messed up on their hiring process with this young woman. I wouldn't recommend anyone to apply here nor to take up services from this agency. No opportunities for development. This agency has a horrible relationship with DCS, so their case load is small for an agency that has been around for 3 years.
