-Healthy snacks in office -Good PTO -Pay is competitive
Cons
-Moved from being able to pick your hybrid days to mandatory Tues-Thurs -Company seems very unstable and has history of layoffs -Leadership doesn't seem to be aligned on future of the company & lacks communication/transparency -EXTREMELY micromanaged environment -Heavy favoritism with managers & leadership -Stark difference with the Omaha & San Fran offices. Omaha feels very corporate, micromanaged, and stale. San Fran seems more flexible and start up like -Benefits changing for the worse. Mat leave went from 12 weeks fully paid + 12 weeks remote to just 8 weeks fully paid, PTO carry over was decreased, employee insurance payments went up for certain plans, less flexibility with hybrid environment than in previous years -Overall, I could never recommend this place to work at to anyone that I know unless significant changes are made
