Pros
It’s a trade union, helps people. Good pay, working out of the office
Cons
A lot of the people there are not working for the best interests of members. Union officers getting perks from companies was unethical in my book. Staff not supported so it’s hypocritical. Lot of short term contracts again criticise employers for this but do it themselves.
