Relaxed atmosphere (dress-code, not "too-corporate"), free bagel Fridays, nice Union Square location, work-life balance - I miss the option of just working remotely on Fridays; also paid expenses like food and cab if you work after hours, and if you live outside the NY area, then they will pay for your car service. Also, I've met the best people here - and still connected to them until now.

long hours yet salary not to market standards, quite disorganized, and some favoritism.

It's a small company so you can contribute in different areas and make your own way. At some point, it had good people but then they were all laid off or left. It's in a great location near Union Square.

The management was often unorganized. The top level management often looked at situations from a higher level thinking instead of practical. The review system was very inconsistent. It is not a growing company unless they magically implement some sort of turn around. Lots of B.S. and no creative vision.
