      Pros

      Tienes una carga de trabajo baja y buenas condiciones, las vacaciones son buenas. Para comenzar a trabajar esta muy bien ya que aprendes mucho sin tener mucho estres

      Cons

      No hay mucha proyeccion a largo plazo ya que las subidas de sueldo son minimas y tienes muchas complicaciones con ciertas tareas ya que no tienes las herramientas necesarias y acabas haciendo tareas que no corresponden a tu puesto
