      Pros

      A person who do nothing will enjoy. And who works he will be overloaded.

      Cons

      I work for a long time without over time generally you have to complete their work for 10 -to until you complete your work without money. I increment in 2 year s only 1000 to 2000 thousand.

      great cohesiveness, learning is high as it you have to stoop down to ground level, friendly enviorment

      Cons

      salary increment is not frequent, employees are treated same irrespective of their positions and little exposure
