      By the way I left in 2008. Very stable company , good products.

      Cons

      In the past this company was run like a sweat shop....all about the numbers and if the employee couldn't hit it get rid of them and get someone else. It is my understanding that most of that management regime is gone but in reading some of the latest discussions, maybe some of the ideology is left over?
