Does not provide proper on board training and pay is not good. Supervisor Leo does not talk to you when he enters building or throughout the day. He rather sends you an email even though he could be working 10ft from you. He always arrives late and leaves after lunch but doesn’t tell you even though he’s your supervisor. CEOs son does not know how to talk to employees without talking down to them. Work could be done at home but they want you in the office. There is no HR department. There is no opportunity for growth, nepotism with management. High turnover with new hires.
