Pros
Plenty of entry level positions and potential to get back to a healthy company culture. Overtime is plentiful and the majority of the employees are truly vested in doing the best job possible for the company, their customers, and their subscribers.
Cons
Not much growth potential for current or newer employees. Management uses "cronyism" to make advancement decisions
