      The staff genuinely seems happy to be at work. They all work together and understand how vital their role is. There is always something fun or delicious going on that keeps everyone engaged and working with a smile. The company recognizes its employees. Room to advance for the dispatchers.

      Cons

      The evaluation process is time-consuming. I am still new and learning.

      Pros

      Managers are great, differential pay for holidays/ evening shift.

      Cons

      Limited PTO, 30 min lunch for a 7.5hr shift. Do not expect any decent raises after working with the company unless you switch positions.
