Pros
Very easy during slow times. Paid lunches and breaks. Tiered training gives you time to learn the current steps before adding more.
Cons
Mandatory 4 hour overtime whenever there are storms in Texas. Lunches and breaks may be paid - but they can be revoked any time they are busy, meaning you can spend 8-12 hours sitting in your chair with no break. Very few chances to move up.
