Pros
Management is understanding Hours can be flexible Promotions were given fairly regularly They protect employees if customers label them as "salesmen" There are no direct sales, only customer-service driven opportunities They have an independent sales consultant opportunity on the side with discounts
Cons
Work is only paid hourly or salary but not based on performance Sometimes have to deal with very angry customers who felt they didn't get what they deserve (but they understand what they were signing).
