I was told by management that my education dont mean anything here, and its true. its a low paying job with no raises! if you are african american you will not become a manager nor any kind of leadership position. the company loves to have town hall meeting to brag about their record profits but refuse to give a raise because its not in their budget. the pay is under 25K, you will speed type for 8 hours under the watchful eyes of the team manager who has no experience to be a manager, but because they meet the race requirement of being white. This company is horrible.
