Pros
I have absolutely no pros for this company nor the position. This is a horrible company to work for. Save yourself and find a company that respect you as a person and you education. And a company that judge you by your character and not by your skin.
Cons
Poor pay. Salary for Imaging Analyst is $26,000 with a master degree and several years of experience. This company do not value their employees and turnover is extremely high. For a company that love to hold quarterly meeting to brag about the record profits they are making, one would think we would get a pay raise, but they froze all raises five years ago. Also this company lacks diversity in management. The managers are not qualified but because they are the right race they are qualified to be a manager. Many don't have education or experience to be a manager and many African Americans and other minority groups are well qualified but don't get the promotion to be managers or executives. Its the typical good ol boy corporate bs.
