Pros

The entry-level interview process was straightforward, providing immediate feedback on hiring status. Training is well-supported with accessible instructors of various backgrounds. HR responds promptly, accommodating flexible schedules for high school and after-school commitments. They actively offer additional shifts and simplify scheduling as well as help you in all situations while on duty. TEAM communication is efficient via text or GroupMe, and the KeepHR portal is user-friendly with plenty reminders for shifts.

Cons

Some of the TEAM don't always complete tasks as expected. Waiting to see if maintenance shows up during your shift can be frustrating. Some of the TEAM can be bothersome by asking last-minute for shift swaps due to their lack of responsibility. This is common since many on the lifeguard team are teens. KeepHR needs updates as it's outdated and doesn't align with operator training.
