Upper management is highly approachable and takes an active interest in connecting with the team, which is a rare and appreciated quality in today’s corporate world. Their commitment to creating a respectful and inclusive work environment has made a significant difference in my experience here.
An admirable highlight of the company is our CEO & President, who leads with both tenacity and humility. Her leadership style fosters a sense of empowerment & inspiration to women in the workforce. She, along with the rest of the leadership team, are consistently open to feedback. The company is constantly evolving its policies to ensure we have the best possible environment to thrive, and it’s clear that management is committed to making improvements based on the needs of the team.
Additionally, United Property Associates places a strong emphasis on work-life balance. The flexibility offered through hybrid schedules makes it easier to manage both professional and personal responsibilities. It’s not always easy to find a company that prioritizes the well-being of its employees, and this level of flexibility is something I truly appreciate.

I survived the 2024 new software implementation/transition. 2024 was notably their year of change, but understandably so. The changes were for the overall improvement of the company and customer/client experience.
