Pros

Might be one of the best companies to work for. Excellent product, solid vision, enthusiastic management and engaged employees.

Cons

Going through AI growing pains. Weak onboarding. No path to significant salary increases outside of changing roles/departments.

Pros

Hybrid WFH 2 days a week, Decent Pay, Flexible with you if you need time off or have emergencies. Big company means office parties, free food opportunities, nice break rooms, and stock options after 2 years. Great for entry level experience to leverage for higher positions elsewhere or within

Cons

Upper management for this particular department seems to have no direction. You'll fight coworkers for sales sometimes unless you have a good relationship with your field team. The region you're assigned is everything even if they tell you everyone is equal. Some regions have long winters and do use much equipment while other territories stay steady year round. Some territories only want to work with a field rep and not a remote rep and if you're in a bad territory you won't be in the position long. The District Managers of your region understand that the book of business you're given isn't supposed to be all that profitable and are thrilled when you have positive growth, but your department manager will make you feel like you suck at your job.
