      Pros

      Women's united is a program they have to network and become aware of advancement opportunities in the company. Also a great company for veterans.

      Cons

      Can be slow to move up unless you are open to transferring. Too many people think the person who has been there longest deserves a promotion.

      Pros

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Cons

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
