      United Rentals has lots of opportunity for advancement. Name brand recognition plus the fleet to back you up. As an OSR you have every opportunity to add fleet to your territory plus fatten your check with used equipment sales. United Rental truly is a one stop shop. Trench, Pump, Tool, Power and HVAC, Safety, Reliable On Site Services, true 24 hour service. Plus our online services can’t be touched.

      Pros

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Cons

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
