The management I have had contact with is kind, responsive, and seems to care about their employees and doing their job well, which is in my opinion the most promising indicator for potential growth.

Unfortunately, the company is plagued by nepotism left over from small company days that no longer works out now that they've grown, and it fosters an environment of toxicity. The pay also does not meet industry or area averages.
