The culture is terrible. Backstabbing, politics up the ying yang, a very "seasoned", close minded, nit picky senior leadership team. Nobody listens to your ideas, every department acts like a small group of high school girls that gossip about all the other departments. If you last here more than 6 months, that is a feat in its own. Do not work here; you will leave feeling disrespected, undervalued, and completely demeaned. There are no real benefits to work here. No match on 401K. Very expensive health insurance. No raises unless you are one of the select few senior leadership memberes.
