Team, Technology stack, Flexible, Few amount of meeting and only required ones.
Cons
I was promised to have salary raise after 3 month of trial. But company cancelled it. They said that they have cost reducing while hiring other employees 10 people per month. And also they said that I already have salary equal to average market. Okay. But they why you promise that while recruitment process? I would not reccomend you to spend time on this company.
