Health insurance is good but expensive

Flexible start time and a couple decent managers.

Micromanagement at it's finest. Prepare to be bullied and screamed at in weekly meetings by the President. Horrible atmosphere. No training, No one makes it in this role as I had learned. It's a one man show and everyone throws each other under the bus. I officially left my purchasing career because of this place. I've never been fired and was terminated within a few months. They overload you with an impossible work load and watch you sink. Good luck getting purchase orders approved. By the time that happens, you're already late on production requirements and some how at fault for the situation.
