Pros
Pay rate? They are unfair how they pay specific workers people who have more experience get paid less than people who are favored.
Cons
where can I begin? well, first of all, they have one behavioral analyst for more than 20 clients which is totally unethical management is terrible and if you don’t speak Spanish, you won’t get along with the other people at the clinic, because they only speak Spanish there. I got fired with no warning or notice and then I was blocked. There was no proper communication with anything. Very shady.
