      - There are no roadblocks for a smart self-starter to take on new responsibilities - Micro-managing is held to a minimum - There are some very smart senior team members to learn from - Free snacks - The benefits are solid

      - Since it's a data center there are no windows - It can be a challenge to eke out your place in the team since it isn't very structured. This can also be a big plus.
