Pros
Coworkers are kind people, but it’s bad when no one has anything positive to say about working here
Cons
This is tough because I came into this job with high hopes but it was the worst professional experience of my life. Wake up at 2am to meet with drivers during training. You will not make over 100K your first year, guaranteed. They have you going after very small accounts $50-$100 per week? Poorly managed Tons of driving, all over the place. Did 2,000 miles my first month which is insane Please take my word for it and look elsewhere, this job is not worth it at all. As a salesperson you know this one’s bad. Mostly everyone in this space is signed up with one of the 3 main competitors in this space and the renewal rate is high. Everyone in this space signs 3-5 year contracts. So 90% of the job is waiting and hoping they want to switch once you found out who they use and how much longer they have left on their current contract. It’s a sales nightmare commission wise. High turnover Be prepared to drive 100+ miles to different factories just to grab doctor lab coats and towels because that’s apart of the job too…
