Pros

- the base is good for Associate/Recruitment Consultant. Considering some places in Manchester City Centre would pay around 19k-23k. - the access to job boards and talent pools on the system, means there is a very good network to fill the roles - the spin the wheel incentives, with lots of different prizes scattered throughout

Cons

- Micromanagement (line, division and ceo) - Lack of direction with BD - lot of panic within the business about losing a key client and the seniors are the only ones really bringing them in - the revolving door that seems to happen (unfortunately it happens at most(all) recruitment/sales business) - they can just fire you/end your probation without any prior written or verbal warning 2 weeks before Christmas due to nothing work related but personal reasons..

Pros

Parties, an odd bonus, and some development.

Cons

Hard unfair targets. Hard to fill roles with high revenue cut throat targets. Fired if it does not meet revenue. Colleagues are taking ownership of your work. I had to go through this at a young age, was a bit unfair and traumatic.
