no cheap parking nearby, Processes can be behind the times. Some managers can be very difficult to work with. Not valued. Minimal chance of promotion or internal employment. very clicky teams. Support workers not appreciated or valued. Minimal pay and salary packaging through accesspay was difficult to access and not all claiming reasons were explained - would be easier to receive an information package. Base level pay for experienced worker. Lots of staff leaving for better opportunities.
