Pros

It's a Hybrid Setup where you can spend more time working at the comfort of your home, management are very professional, friendly and approachable. And I can say this is truly a work life balance. I met the CEO in the office and wow he is very down to earth, no wonder the staff from management to agents are kind and friendly.

None so far, I like working with Unity Communications!

WFH - Hybrid Set-up Open Communications

Cons

They removed the leave conversion (LOL) Salary - hopefully they'll aligned the salary based on where they're located now (before when they're based in Bacoor, Cavite, their salary isa higher than other BPOs that are based in Cavite, but now that they're already in Metro hopefully there will be some adjustments)
