      Staff are hard-working and dedicated in all circumstances

      Cons

      Clinical and Foster Care departments didn't communicate well and CEO was not helpful in mediating the disagreements. Clinical program was not able to effectively advocate for their clients.

      Management is poor and very unprofessional, high turnover is direct result. NO benefits. GOSSIP PEN and rumor mill.
