Fully remote position with a semi flexible work environment. Gained valuable experience in high-volume ticket management and SLA-driven support. Exposure to healthcare IT and compliance-driven environments.

Cons

Pay could be more competitive compared to similar roles in the industry. Generally understaffed Limited opportunities for advancement without moving into management. Training resources were available but could be more structured for new hires. Communication between departments could occasionally be slow, delaying resolutions. Benefits package was decent but not outstanding.

UnityBPO is very supportive of their employees and even helps out with those that are in school. It's a great place to get your start a career as a tech.

Cons

Some contracts are limited with what you're allowed to work on.

Pros

Four 10 hour shifts. Work from home. Easy work if you are IT brained and have CompTIA A+ certifcation or similar experience. Customers/callers are mostly Healthcare professionals and treat you with respect. Rewarding to solve problems for people who appreciate it. If you hit your metrics the supervisors don't micromanage you. Team is super supportive with troubleshooting and communicating during high call volume.

Cons

Pay is low for the skills I have. Entry level. Sometimes you take calls from senior citizens having problems with the healthcare app on their smartphones. You need patience for them. High supervisor turnover.
