      Beautiful hospitals, great reputation, fair wage, co-workers are great, teamwork-oriented environment.

      Cons

      Becoming bigger and bigger every year. Frequently short-staffed - makes it hard to provide high-quality patient care that they emphasize and expect.

      The only thing about this place is my coworkers.

      Cons

      Training. Management. Definitally have favorites. Over worked and expected to do more with literally no fricken people working. They give to many people the same day off and leave everyone to struggle.
