- No direction from superior - No on job training provided (promised, but provide nothing) - Throw so many projects at same time & expect to perform well - Communication breakdown within the departments - Managers worked for more than 10-20 years, fail to solve problems been there for many years & blame new engineer for not solving - No standardization, keep changing procedure from time to time & confuses the engineers - No e-sign system, need find so many people for signature (document related), wasting time - No annual dinner, family day or any events
