Horrible corporate environment...hugely political with little to no regard to employee satisfaction. WORK ELSEWHERE! - Sales Univar Solutions Employee Review

Extremely political--a "good ole' boy" network dominates who gets promoted, and who doesn't. Low pay, with questionable tactics on bonuses. Bonuses have been promised (via e-mail signed by management), then taken away with a "we made a mistake" as their only reason. Micro-management of all sales, with very little to no recognition of individual contributions. Customers do NOT like to buy from Univar due to the numerous restrictions, and lack of customer-friendly ideals.
