Pros

work from home i guess

Cons

This review is based on my personal experience. The official office hours were 10 AM to 7 PM, but in practice I was expected to join earlier and often stayed beyond working hours, leading to longer days than initially expected. During the hiring process and as mentioned in the offer letter, there was a 60-day training and certification period. However, within the first couple of weeks, I was informed that I needed to bring in a booking within a very short timeframe (around 2 days), which felt inconsistent with the training duration I had understood before joining. Due to this, I decided to discontinue. The training itself was structured, and I cleared all required rounds. However, there was consistent pressure on performance metrics such as talk time and conversions from the early stages, which was challenging as a fresher still learning the process. The role also involved a high number of daily calls (around 150), which was not fully clear to me at the time of joining. I also did not receive any compensation for the duration I worked during training, as payment was tied to successfully completing the certification process, as per company policy. Overall, I found the expectations and workload quite demanding compared to what I had anticipated. Others may have a different experience, but this was mine.

Pros

support during internship as human resource role.

Cons

sometimes random meeting invites for awareness and being part of organisation must attend like RNR MEET.
