Small company, great equipment, paid time off (you earn the time off), pre-planned for at least a week, good communication.

Tight appointments, all live load/unloads

Great co-workers were the only pro.

50 hour work weeks at minimum, salaried. Reprimanded for being a minute late as a salaried employee, despite staying well over your off time regularly. $800 a month for terrible, terrible insurance. Very low pay with minimal raises or opportunities for growth. Lack of accountability with management. MAX 8 PTO days a year, regardless of time with the company. Zero flexibility. You could break your femur in two and they’d still harass you to come back to work. Toxic all around. Changed peoples jobs entirely when returning from COVID layoffs- where they laid over half the staff off. There are so many cons I cannot even list them all. This company is a joke.
