Pros
Some freedom to move between projects. Good coworkers, friendly atmosphere.
Cons
It used to be great. Since being bought by Elbit there has been one bad decision after another. Upper management makes huge decisions without consulting the lower levels and leaves the lower management to pick up the remaining pieces. Whole departments fired, then a mad scramble to try to get back the key personnel to keep projects running. Twice in four years! Upper management seem to surround themselves with yesmen and have no idea about the culture in each different division. So many people left after a disastrous move (where they completely ignored the feedback and then failed to implement more than the most basic parts of the new office plan) that everything ground to a near halt. A division of 120 employees is now down to 15 remote workers.
