      employees are willing to work and are friendly.

      Cons

      low morale, employees don't stay long, bad practices in management and policies. It is obvious that the bank CEO and CFO do not care about their staff. with a company of 50-60 employees max the executives are not involved or give any recognition to their employees. Limited resources for one to do their job. Take your own pens, batteries, and cleaning products because this company is greedy.

      This company is great and has wonderful people who work for it. There are a lot of changes occurring but I have only seen positive changes. I love what I do and the people I work with
