Sales - Anonymous employee Universal Commodity Services Employee Review

Cameras were set up and you were watched. I was expected to make over 80 calls daily. Which gives no time to actually talk with potential customers. Was not given sufficient time to learn computer program. I was allowed 3 total days and was expected to be proficient. The owner threatened my job and said I was slow after only 3 days on program. I actually watched the owner scream and curse at a young female employee for a incorrect breakfast order that she picked up for him. I quit. This guy has no respect.
