I had been bullied since the start of working at UCo. None of my complaints to HR were taken seriously. I told them multiple times that management was talking about my child behind my back saying he wasn’t mine. They told me this was a scheduling issue. I told them how I had been cursed at by a supervisor, and after requesting someone be present when she spoke to me I was told I was being insubordinate. Then after a second time of this supervisor screaming at me acting like a child I recorded it. Apparently they can yell and curse at you, but if you record them doing it you will be fired. They do not care about their employees, you are all replaceable. I had high hopes for this company I had wanted to work there since 2017. Their business model is horrible and HR is a joke. They act all sweet when in reality they are allowing people to be treated like you are not a real person. I have never worked for a company who has no idea what they are doing like UCo.
