Pros
Owners are respectful and really care about you and your performance. They want to help you expand your potential, give you many opportunities, and are understanding when unexpected issues arise. The managers are experienced in their fields and go through proper training to help and push you. The technicians are given lots of training on sales and for their specific field, and are welcomed to ask any questions to the managers/owners. Excellent benefits, pay, office staff, and technicians. There is always something to be working on, and ideas are appreciated.
Cons
The hiring process can take a bit, but if you are the right person, and honest, then there are no issues. It is a small, inching on medium, size company - there can be communication issues and growing pains. Even after being in business for 20 years, things change/update, and you need to be on board and open to suggestions.
