Pros

CEO recently changed but management is same people who does not care at all!!!

Cons

Please do a favor and avoid UIC by all cost! I mean it! Don’t sign up for it! You will lose your ambitions and interest in life and in your career! You will be ridiculed by Indians I will assure that! If you put 2 tiny packs of sugar in your morning tea, be prepared to meet the lady who will tell you to pay 25cents. If you print your educational materials be prepared to be picked up by another lady to not to use at all cost even if for educational purposes! It doesn’t matter if you print airplane ticket either! Yes, it does not matter whatever you do, you are set up for failure! I hope Brett will realize that hindering prospective engineers with everyday new restrictions is not good. There should be more freedom and incentives for someone who is trying to become better educated or achieve better results in education. I really hope things will change better direction, but it may be too late before it happens. Don’t sign up for it/Go find another job that cares about your ambitions and education!

Pros

No pros as such. Can be a good career starting point if you just want to land a job and then keep looking for good and real career opportunities then you can do so while working here.

Cons

No learning material. No trainings for any new joiners. No coordination and absolutely poor collaboration. Management sucks high time and want to do all micro-management. Their current COO is dumb who thinks great about himself but is essentially not even qualified for the role of an engineer.
