The training you will receive at Universal Partners is second to none. The mentorship structure they have within the company will give you every resource you need to thrive in the business & industry. Prepare to work and be rewarded like you never have before!!! UPFX is going in some really exciting directions. I'm glad to be a part of the team, and cannot wait for what the future holds for our family
Cons
Can't list one. You do see some people commenting on here that they didn't like it, and felt alienated. Which is unfortunate. From my perspective of coming in, i've seen a few people leave in my time, but all of them weren't hitting the numbers they needed to succeed. The support structure was all there, the training and resources was all there, no man was left behind in the journey, they just couldn't keep up. Interestingly I've only ever seen 1 person fired from consistent month-on-month lack of output, most who no longer work there left on their own because they couldn't keep up with the hard work, and if that offends you, then perhaps FX & even sales in general isn't for you.
