Is this your company?

It depends on you; Working in a theme park can be really easy or really hard. - Ride Attendant Universal Studios Employee Review

Pros

I've been here for over a year; It's easy to move up in the company. You can ask your lead where you might want to go and they'll point you in the right direction. Management is really friendly and helps you out. They've always been there for me when I needed it. Free admission to both parks as well as seaworld and bush gardens.

Cons

You may be subjected to weather elements. During bad weather if you are at an outdoor ride, you must remain at that ride even if there's little to no shelter.

Pros

Free park access if that’s what you or your family like to do regularly.

Cons

Very large and slow moving organization that has an odd promotion/performance review process. This is a place where people come to work 9-5, take hour lunches, and place the corporate process of staying 10+ years hoping for a promotion opportunity and not work hard.
