Old buildings need improvements and changes

USG cares about its employees, promotes from within, and will allow you to take on and learn more all the time. Many people have been with the company for 10+ years and have formed lasting relationships with the customers. Even when it gets busy during heating and cooling season, it is a great group to work hard with.

It can be a little tough to learn the inventory systems at first, and some of the locations are in old buildings.
