No pros for this company. Sorry but I really can't find any good things to mention about this company. Don't apply as you will be sorry.
Cons
At the beggining you sign a freelance contract that has no value as the company doesn't really exist. You don't get a quality and professional training and you are supposed to work and learn by yourself. You work from home using your laptop, you electricity, she doesn't have a real office anywhere in this world. All employees have the same salary no matter of their implication in the company and she never agrees to a raise even if you work for her for years and years. The owner is not to be trusted as she usually fires peope in the middle of the night by email with no notice and without any real motiv. A few days ago she fired 6 employees (there is a total of 20 employees in the company) just because she suspects that a friend of those started working for the competition. And she didn't even pay the salary. I am sorry that I invested my time and my resources in this company for so long. Not worth it!!!Small salary -500 euro/ month for a Pm working 8 hours a day from Monday -Friday. The 500 euro don't includr payed taxes-so from mu salary I had to also pay taxes so much less than 500 a month. Etc etc
